Based in Berkshire we offer Clients across the UK the very best in Reinforced Concrete products.

Established in 1997 by the current Managing Director, Noel Doyne, himself with over 30 years experience in the field, NJ Doyne is a family company that aims to deliver the high standards of service required by our Clients.

We approach this by employing only exceptionally experienced team members with experience going back 20 years or more; lifelong professionals you can rely on to give you the highest quality and service standards on-schedule and within budget.

You’ll find the level of experience within the company also pays dividends in other areas; a fully comprehensive health and safety policy, pro-active design service for the Peri formwork system we use with full quality submissions and contract management to see the Projects through.

We are preferred Sub Contractors to many Blue Chip Main Contractors who know that they can rely on us to provide high quality work backed up by comprehensive customer service.

Meet some of the team

Noel Doyne-Managing Director

Noel Doyne is the company’s Managing Director and he continues to stay closely involved in everything we do. Noel has been instrumental in the sustainable growth of the company over the past 11 years and supporting him in the management of our services is a team of highly experienced staff.

Rupert Blake-Operations Manager

Rupert has worked as a Civil Engineer for Major Contractors before he joined the company in 2008, having accrued over twenty years working up to Project Manager Status. Rupert is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and is currently running the Newhaven ERF project and is looking to market the South of England.

Richard Fahey Operations Manager

Richard has worked as a Civil Engineer for both Major Contractors and Sub-Contractors. Richard joined the company in 2007 working in Ireland but has recently been running contracts in the UK.

Damian Doyne-Commercial Manager

Damian has been with the company for the last seven years and prior to this has worked for a grounds-work sub contractor and PQS. Damian is based at our head office in Tadley and as well as pricing many of our contracts also looks after some of our satellite contracts within the region.

Rupert Blake-Operations Manger (south)

Rupert has recently joined us after a long and successful period working for Major Contractors as a Senior Project Manager. Rupert has over 20 years experience and holds Chartered status both as an Engineer and Builder and is currently running our Newhaven contract.

Ian Smith-Quantity Surveyor

Ian has worked with NJ Doyne since it was established as a limited company and prior to this back to 1988. Ian is currently on our Newhaven site and is responsible for Valuation preparation and submission. He will also provide on site support to some of our smaller Contracts and assists in the submission of Tender Quotations.
